ARROYO CROSSING in Livermore, CA is a new development by O’BRIEN HOMES and is about half completed. This Livermore, CA community of fine homes broke ground in 2007 and has about 85 completed homes as of July, 2009.

Arroyo Crossing is scheduled to have 155 homes completed when built out. There are two sections of homes in ARROYO CROSSING: The Classics with 130 homes which range from 1800 Square Feet to 2900 Square Feet and The Estates with 25 homes which range from 3100 Square Feet to 4400 Square Feet.

Prices start in the mid-$600,000’s and end in the high $700,000’s for the Arroyo Crossing Classics and the high $800,000’s to low $1,100,000’s for the Arroyo Crossing Estates. The homes go from 3 bedrooms to 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms to 4 and one half bathrooms. There are 6 different models in the Classics and 5 in the Estates.
